CHAS. HAY -PRESIDENT
Chas. began his television career with Global Television Network. During his five-year tenure, he was an entertainment reporter, producer, and writer. This led to Chas. creating and becoming the driving force behind television’s very successful Inside Country (’95 – ’01), a weekly half-hour look at the country music industry from the "inside.” The show aired for 6 years, across Canada and the United States, as well as in 53 countries around the world, earning five Canadian Country Music Awards for Best Television Program or Series. Hay also created and produced the music television program “Roots n’ Roll,” a 13-part series featuring the world’s greatest roots artists. Chas was also the driving force behind the the CBC documentary “Blue Rodeo: The Scenes in Between”, and CMT's “Country Couples”.
In addition, to his producing and executive producing Chas. has been a Director on the Board of the Canadian Country Music Association for 6 years, and chaired the CCMA television committee that produces the CCMA Awards for CBC (Can.) and CMT (US).

TIM PROGOSH - VP
Tim successfully brought about the creation and development of the annual “Canadian Comedy Awards” (The Comedy Network), a Higher Ground production, now in its eight year. He has produced a number of television projects including the reality series “Sketch Troop” for Life Network. Tim received a nomination for a writing Gemini and won a CCMA award for writing the "George Canyon Christmas Special".
Previous to his producing efforts Tim starred in the international TV hit series, "The Adventures of Sinbad" as "Firouz" (’96 – ’98) and had a lead in The YTV/BBC series “Super Rupert” as “Dave” (’00-’01). He has been in front of the camera, in movies, television, and commercials for 25 years, including roles in "To Catch a Killer", “Who Is Cleitus Tout” "Life with Mikey", "Robocop", "The X Files.” and "The Outer Limits". The Ottawa native has produced literally hundreds of live comedy shows and has travelled across North America as both a sketch comedy performer and stand-up comedian.
